How To Dress Your Body Type

I did a guest post last year on my friend's blog, and it was
on your body shape, how to work-out for your particular shape,
what your shape is, and most importantly
how to DRESS for your body type.
I learned a lot about how different types of clothing
can really help make you look better.
I hate when I see cute clothes on models or in magazines
and then I buy it and it looks horrible on me!
It's all about dressing for your body shape.

This Mother's Two Babies Passed Away, She Hopes To Adopt

Keeynn Peterson

Kyla Kynn

Ever since having Sophie, I have become a complete softy. When I hear stories like this one, my heart just aches for those involved! This family has already lost two little ones. I can't imagine what that would feel like, and how hard it would be to then find out the only way to have a healthy child would be to adopt or other options. Please read their story & help them have the opportunity to have a healthy baby! Every woman who wants to have a family, deserves to. She deserves the chance to see her children grow, to see them walk for the first time, to be there with them every step of the way. And every guy deserves to be a dad. Please help this family, they have done everything they can do. What a miracle it would be if they could afford to have a healthy child! Every little bit helps!

Our Story

Hello we are Luke and Kjirstyn Welch and we are both from a small town in Wyoming. We are high school sweethearts; and have been married for four wonderful years and are still going strong. Luke and I had our first child, a boy, Keeynn Peterson Welch on March 28th 2008 when he was only 17 years old and I was 18. Keeynn was carried full term, and was thought to be completely healthy until about four minutes after he was born his chest started sinking in because he was breathing so fast and hard. Doctors told us his lungs just weren't developed and there was nothing to worry about. Eventually we got to take him home, but he was still on oxygen. After a week at home the oxygen he was on wasn't enough anymore so we had to return to the hospital with him. At this point in time he was almost a month old. Nobody in the hospital had any idea what was wrong with him just thought he needed time to heal. After they couldn't do anything for him anymore they had him life flighted to Salt Lake Children's Hospital, where we continued to just sit and wait for answers. When Keeynn was two months old and had been tested for just about everything we finally found out what was wrong with him; he had a genetic mutation on is ABCA3 gene that had caused him to have a lung disease called Surfactant Deficiency a disease that is incurable and makes it so the lungs can't stay lubricated so they slowly just dry up. Two days after we found this out Keeynn Peterson Welch passed away in his mothers arms. At this point in time we didn't know Luke and I BOTH carried the mutation so we wanted to try again. That's when were were blessed with our beautiful daughter Kyla Kynn Welch on February 24th 2009. We waited in the NICU for about a week and a half before we got her genetic tests back; sadly she was born with the same genetic mutation. After the hospital had informed us their was nothing they could do they started to reach out to other bigger hospitals for answers. She and I were flown to Denver Children's where they gave her steroid shots to try to fix the problem, they failed. We were told the only thing we could do was try for a lung transplant. For about a month my husband and I waited for the hospitals to get the transport and transplant paperwork done.  So when Kyla was two months old we were flown to St. Louis Children's where we lived in a bedroom in the Ronald McDonald house. Luke luckily found a job and I spent my days in the hospital reading and talking to my baby girl. We sat and waited for our pager to go off to tell us they had lungs for our baby. Sadly after waiting in St. Louis for two months she couldn't wait any longer and passed away on June 9th 2009

Please keep this family in your prayers & spread the word!
